“My background includes over 20 years of experience working for multinational organizations in Culture and leadership development, alongside with my experience in HR organizations, Talent acquisition and Learning and development as an internal advisor for the executive teams.
I have always been passionate about understanding leadership behaviours and exploring human potential. Since the beginning of my career in consulting and then in the corporate world, I have chosen to operate in international environments to make sure I enjoyed having the right level of diversity and challenges to deal with.
In my role today, I manage projects internationally and I am focused on working alongside executive committees and leadership teams of big corporations and startup to help them develop into high performing teams and align culture and strategy. Excellence and proximity are key values for me. Team facilitation and executive coaching are some of the tools that I use in our projects”.
