Eduardo Félix del Cueto

After working for more than 20 years in different areas and businesses in leading companies, I decided, in 2006, to continue growing and exploring on my own in the field of people development. During all those 20 years I had worked in different positions as an individual contributor and as a leader. This experience helped me to consolidate the firm conviction that what really makes the difference in the success of a team are two things: on the one hand, the quality and skills of the team members, on the other hand, the way in which they communicate with each other.

Since 2006 I have tried to be loyal to this conviction, contributing to the development of numerous leaders and teams from different organizations. Personally, I enjoy challenging and supporting others to achieve their purpose. And I do this by trying to create a pleasant and mutually enriching space in which I can also learn a lot.
