“As an international entrepreneur, my natural state of being is “constantly learning” and “solving problems”, my focus is the whole spectrum of the future of work, and my specialty is finding innovative models and technologies to connect business strategies with people development. I won two major recognitions for my work on this field: Women4Tech at the Mobile World Congress in 2017 and Workforce of the Future from Cap Gemini in 2019.

After 10 years evolving in the corporate environment, I decided to get international education on Management and Systemic Coaching and invest the following 10 years supporting companies, leaders, and teams from various countries to reach the maximum of their potential.

In 2015, after a period in Silicon Valley, I founded TeamEQ, a pioneer start-up in the field of People analytics and Artificial Intelligence, that operates now at a global level. Our technology allows significant improvements in teams performance, engagement and wellbeing using real time intuitive data to create more systemic, digital and agile cultures”
