“I’ve worked in the area of organizational development for 20 years. My heart beats for team learning, self-organized teams, and ways for bringing the human potential to its full use. During my Nokia times, I heard first time the concept of learning organization but the real dive into the world of learning organizations happened in my Tiimiakatemia (Team Academy) years. That was the time when I understood the power of team learning and the power of shared experiences. I learned to think more as “we” than “me” and I believe that this journey made me a better person. I am curious in my nature and wanted to start learning something new: digital engagement and digital collaboration sounded so cool that I decided to join the Howspace team to learn more, get possibilities for collaborating with new people and build a better work- life.
