“As an academic and consultant, I have been privileged to develop many years of experience in five countries in Europe and Africa, in the areas of creating impactful and meaningful organizations, supporting innovation ecosystems, and business model innovation. With lots of passion I support people to see how locked up business sometimes is, and to motivate them to become more innovative. While I support my intervention with solid academic concepts, I bring it easily back to day-to-day reality.

Commitment and impact are what drives my interventions. I am Professor Emeritus (and former Dean) at the University of Cape Town, obtained my PhD at Warwick Business School and my Senior Doctorate (HDR) at Paul Cezanne University Aix-Marseilles. I published more than 10 books around complexity, systems thinking, exponential technologies and business model innovation”.
