Dana Lefeuvre

“I have more than 30 years of experience in international business in 6 countries throughout the Americas, the APAC and the EMEA regions, first performing different roles in Marketing, Trading and Strategic Development within Industry, Finance and IT sectors, and then, since 2009, as Executive Coach and ORSC practitioner, supporting global organizations navigate their complex transformations. In doing so, I help leaders from all around the world harness the power of collective intelligence to address their organization’s challenges.

I obtained an BBA in Marketing and Sales from the University of Wisconsin and my MBA in International Business from the ESCP in Paris. My foundational coaching certifications were obtained from the International Coach Academy (ICA), the Global Coach Center (GCC), and CRR Global. I published several articles on Leadership around the topics of increasing visibility, stress management, engagement, and the challenges of working in multi-cultural environments. I currently manage the ICF France Chapter’s Partnership Relations and collaborate to organize events for ICF Paris International.

I am also certified in Center for Creative Leadership’s© suite of 360’s, the Workplace Big Five, Hogan, the Influencing Style Indicator (ISI), the Culture Connector and the 4 C’s Culture Mastery Process. I also practice the MBTI steps 1 and 2.”
