“I am a licensed psychologist, with 25 years of career spanning multiple experiences, all linked to organizational development: 7 years as a business consultant, 14 years as a senior HR executive, some of that time combining with a role as a board member in two different organizations. I have conducted multicultural teams spread across eight countries and three continents, leading Strategic Alignment and Cultural Transformation initiatives, implementing LEAN Management both in operations and HR, and co-led the merger process of two major organizations.
