Valentín Giró
“I am a trainer and consultant in leadership and team development, executive coaching and processes of cultural change. I have a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the School of Business Administration and Management (ESADE, Barcelona) and a Master's in International Relations from The Fletcher School (Tufts University, Massachusetts, USA). I am an academic collaborator of ESADE in Executive Education programs.
I collaborate with large, medium, and small organizations around the world accompanying their leaders and teams in their transformation journeys, so I can experience their main challenges and obstacles up close. I combine my professional activity with my passion for the mountains and extreme expeditions. In 2004 I participated in the Catalan expedition to K2 (8,611 m) through the difficult Magic Line route, a feat of modern mountaineering. I have collaborated with the Spanish Television (TVE) program "Al Filo de lo Imposible" and I am the author of the book "La Cumbre Infinita - Story of an expedition and mirror of a company", where I share some keys and learnings that are common to those who strive to make their dreams come true, whether in their company or in the great peaks of the Himalayas”
